You will have an opportunity to get information about Family Support Services and Office of People with Developmental Disabilities Services at Block Institute.
These are the services we currently provide:
- Non Medicaid Case Management
- Medicaid Service Coordination
- Respite services (School Holiday/Summer)
- Evaluations for OPWDD eligibility
- Home community based waiver services / Medicaid Waiver Services
