WE ARE CLOSED MONDAY, MARCH 4th, 2019.
Due to the inclement weather and unsafe road conditions, Block Institute will be closed, Monday March 4th, 2019. We plan to open as scheduled on Tuesday March 5th, 2019.

You will have an opportunity to get information about Family Support Services and Office of People with Developmental Disabilities Services at Block Institute.
These are the services we currently provide:
- Non Medicaid Case Management
- Medicaid Service Coordination
- Respite Services (School holiday/Summer)
- Evaluations for OPWDD eligibility
- Home community based waiver services / Medicaid Waiver Services
